These terms govern your use of the LavishHabits Worldwide Consultants website, booking system, and client portal, and any service you book through us. By submitting a booking request or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
LavishHabits arranges access to luxury transportation, marine, aviation, dining, and lifestyle experiences, delivered directly by vetted third-party operators and partners. We coordinate, confirm, and stand behind the booking process; the underlying service (a vehicle, a yacht, a restaurant table, etc.) is provided by that operator.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. A dedicated concierge will follow up with a proposal; the booking is confirmed only once you receive explicit confirmation from us. Requests with a stated budget over $9,000 are automatically routed for additional white-glove review before confirmation.
All bookings are final. LavishHabits does not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.
Exception — Yacht Charters: if severe weather affects a confirmed yacht charter, we will work with you to reschedule your charter to an available future date. This applies to rescheduling only; it is not a cash or credit refund.
Weather-related rescheduling is subject to yacht and crew availability and must be requested as soon as reasonably possible before the scheduled charter. All other services (transportation, dining, aviation, events, and automotive) are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling once confirmed, except at LavishHabits' sole discretion.
Where payment is required, it is processed securely through Stripe. Quoted prices are valid for the timeframe stated in your proposal and may change if your requirements change after confirmation.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use LavishHabits' services for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity, or to submit fraudulent booking or payment information.
LavishHabits coordinates third-party luxury services and is not the operator of the underlying vehicle, vessel, aircraft, venue, or restaurant. While we vet our network of providers, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, injury, property damage, or conditions caused by third-party operators, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, beyond facilitating a reasonable resolution such as the rescheduling outlined above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LavishHabits' total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid LavishHabits for that specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By submitting a booking request, you agree to hold LavishHabits harmless from claims arising from the acts or omissions of third-party operators arranged on your behalf.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
